A clipping agency is a company that has independent creators cut your long videos into short clips and post them on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube from their own accounts, and charges you for the views those clips earn. Seenfold does that job self serve: $1.50 per 1,000 verified views on 1 month, from $750 a month, with no sales call, no proposal and no retainer.
This page is for anyone about to hire a clipping agency: a podcast, a brand, a startup, an artist or a creator with hours of footage and a reason to be seen by strangers. It covers what a clipping agency does for you, how hiring Seenfold works, what it costs, and how to compare it with the other clipping agencies before you pay anyone.

What a clipping agency does for you
You could cut and post clips yourself. A clipping agency exists because the cutting is the easy part. The hard part is reach: getting the clips onto accounts that already have viewers, many of them at once, and paying the people who run those accounts fairly. A clipping agency handles four jobs:
- It finds the creators. Independent creators with their own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts, each with a posting history and an audience.
- It briefs them. Your handle or link in every caption, the topics that are off limits, and anything else they need to know.
- It checks the clips. A clip that misses the brief comes down.
- It counts and pays by the view. Views are read from the platforms on live posts, fake views are thrown out, and creators are paid for the real ones.
That is the whole product: distribution of your best moments through other people's accounts, paid by the view. If the term is new to you, our guide to what a clipping agency is covers the meaning, how clippers get paid and the three kinds of seller.
How hiring Seenfold works
Day one: choose, pay, send
Pick the verified views you want a month, from 500,000 up, and a term of 1, 3 or 6 months. Pay by card, then send your footage as links or uploads on your dashboard. Podcast episodes, streams, talks, interviews, demos and performances all work. Write a short brief: the handle or link for every caption and the topics that are off limits.
The first week: review, then clipping starts
A person reviews your brief and footage. We aim to do that within one business day, and either accept the campaign or come back with what needs changing. Once accepted, creators start cutting and posting, and each clip appears on your dashboard with its creator, its link and its views.
The rest of the month: clips keep going up
Clips go up as they are made, so views build across the month. Keep sending new footage as you record it. If a clip misses the brief, report it from your dashboard and we will have the creator take it down. Views it earned before it came down still count, unless the creator broke your brief.
Day 30: read the number
Each month has 30 days to deliver. Your dashboard shows views delivered against your plan. If the month came up short, the shortfall rolls into the next month on top of its views. When your plan ends, views still undelivered are refunded to your card, except the first month if your footage never arrives.
What Seenfold costs as a clipping agency
The rate is per 1,000 verified views, set by your term: $1.50 on 1 month, $1.27 on 3 months and $1.05 on 6 months, billed monthly. The minimum is 500,000 views a month. Three typical plans:
| Plan | Rate per 1,000 | Monthly cost | Whole term |
|---|---|---|---|
| Test month: 500,000 views on 1 month | $1.50 | $750 | $750 |
| Steady: 500,000 views a month on 3 months | $1.27 | $635 | $1,905 |
| Scale: 1,000,000 views a month on 6 months | $1.05 | $1,050 | $6,300 |
Your logo on every clip adds $0.30 per 1,000 views, and a Tier 1 audience preference adds $0.40. A plan renews for a new term of the same length at the same rate, unless we email you a new rate at least 30 days before the term ends, until you stop renewal. The full rate card is on the pricing page, and the clipping cost calculator prices any number of views.
Views we don't deliver by the end of your plan are refunded to your card.
Seenfold and the other clipping agencies
Most clipping agencies are bought on a call. Of the 8 providers in the Clipping Rate Index, 4 require a sales call before you get a price, as of 17 September 2026, and all 4 are managed agencies or creator networks. Seenfold publishes its rate and sells at checkout.
- Choose a managed agency if you want a strategy team, a custom plan and someone on a call every week, and your budget fits its minimum.
- Choose a marketplace if you want to set your own rate and approve every clip yourself, and you have the hours to run the queue.
- Choose Seenfold if you want a set number of views a month at a published rate, starting today, with every clip and its views on a dashboard.
Seenfold is not the right clipping agency for everyone. It posts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, not X or Facebook, and it does not sell a strategy retainer. For every option side by side, with each company's published price and its source, see the best clipping agencies in 2026, and for what to check before you hire any of them, how to choose a clipping agency.
What you can hold us to
- Views are counted on live posts, from the platform. Only clips made and posted for your campaign count, from the moment each one went up.
- Fake views are not billed. Views from bots or view farms are not allowed and can be excluded.
- You see every clip. Each post, the creator who made it, its link and its views, while the campaign runs.
- Clips live on real accounts. Creators post from their own accounts. Nobody asks for the logins to yours.
- Disclosure is handled. Clips are paid promotion, and creators disclose that wherever law or platform rules require.

Questions
What is a clipping agency?
A clipping agency is a company that has independent creators cut your long videos into short clips and post them on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube from their own accounts, and charges you for the views those clips earn.
How much does a clipping agency cost?
On Seenfold, $1.50 per 1,000 verified views on 1 month, $1.27 on 3 months and $1.05 on 6 months, with a minimum of 500,000 views a month. A 500,000 view test month is $750. Other agencies' published prices and minimums, each with its source, are in the Clipping Rate Index.
How do I hire a clipping agency?
With Seenfold, choose your views a month and a term, pay by card, and upload your footage. There is no sales call or proposal. Many managed agencies start with a call: 4 of the 8 providers in the Clipping Rate Index required one as of 17 September 2026.
Do I need my own audience?
No. The clips are posted from the creators' accounts, not yours, and short-video platforms show them to people based on what they watch, not who they follow.
What happens if the views fall short?
A month that comes up short rolls the shortfall into the next month. Views still undelivered when the plan ends are refunded to your card, except the first month if your footage never arrives.
