1. What you are buying
When you fund a Market you are buying views: real people watching short videos made about the topic you funded, on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You pay a published rate per 1,000 views, and the panel shows an estimated view count for your contribution before you pay.
That estimate is a projection at the published rate. It is not a guarantee of an exact number of views.
2. When you are charged
Your card is charged at the moment you fund a Market, for the amount you chose. Nothing is added to it. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Verge Clips, Inc. is the merchant of record.
3. The 30-day commitment
This is the part that matters.
If we have not delivered the views your contribution paid for within 30 days of your purchase, we refund the undelivered portion to your original payment method.
You do not need to file a claim, submit a form, or ask us for it. The refund covers the part we did not deliver, at the same rate you paid. Refunds are issued through Stripe and can take a few extra days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If we remove or pause a Market before its views are delivered, undelivered contributions are refunded the same way.
4. What is not refundable
Views that have already been delivered are not refundable. The service you paid for has been provided: real people have seen the topic you funded, and that attention cannot be recalled or resold.
So a contribution that is fully delivered is not refunded, and a contribution that is partly delivered is refunded for the part that is not.
5. How views are counted
We count the views earned by videos posted for your Market, measured from the moment each video goes up. You are not charged for reach a video had before it was made for the Market you funded.
We measure using the counts reported by the platforms themselves, together with our own checks for inauthentic activity. Platforms sometimes restate their own numbers, and when they do, our counts follow theirs.
6. What appears on your statement
The charge appears on your card statement with our business name followed by the name of the Market you funded, so you can tell contributions apart. The exact wording is shown to you on the funding panel before you pay.
If you see a charge you do not recognise, please email us before contacting your bank. We can almost always resolve it the same day, and it is faster than a dispute.
7. Questions and problems
If your views have not arrived, if something looks wrong, or if you want to talk to a person, write to hello@vergeclips.com. We read and reply.
