1. Our promise
When you run a campaign on Seenfold, you are buying one thing: views of short clips made from your content, posted by independent creators and counted from the platforms' public counters. Three rules protect you:
- Delivered or refunded. Every purchase has 30 days to deliver the views it bought. A month that ends short rolls the shortfall into the next month, and whatever is still undelivered when your plan ends is refunded to you.
- You pay for new reach. Only clips made and posted for your campaign count. You never pay for the views a post already had before it was made for you.
- Posted by independent creators. Real people post the clips from their own TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts, in their own voice.
2. How payment works
You pay monthly, by card. Your first month is charged when you check out. After that your plan bills on the same day each month (or the last day of a shorter month). Payments run through Stripe, and Verge Clips, Inc. is the merchant of record, so that name may appear on your card statement. Receipts are emailed, and you can update your card and see your invoices through Stripe's billing portal from your dashboard.
Your plan renews until you stop it. When a term ends, your plan renews automatically for the same term at the same rate, and keeps billing monthly. We email you a reminder 14 days before each term ends. An account owner or admin can stop renewal at any time from the dashboard. No further terms start, and the current term runs to its end and is delivered in full. The months left in that term are still billed. If you end a longer term early instead, we charge the difference between the one-month rate and the rate you paid for the views already bought in that term, because the lower rate was the price of the longer commitment. The details are in Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
Creators are paid by us. You pay us, and we pay the creators. You never pay a creator directly, and no creator bills you. What protects you is the refund in Section 5: views that are not delivered come back to you, and we do not keep what you paid for views that never arrived. The only way this works for us is if it works for you.
3. What the price covers
You pay per 1,000 views, at the rate shown before you pay. The obvious question is a fair one: if creators are paid to post, why is the price not just what the creator is paid?
Because the view is not the only thing you are buying. The price covers finding and paying creators to post your clips from their own accounts; cutting your content, turning your episodes, talks or demos into short clips; human review, since a person reviews your brief and content before delivery begins and clips that break your brief are taken down; counting it, from the public view counters on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, refreshed regularly; and carrying the risk, because if the views do not arrive we refund the shortfall. That risk is ours, not yours, and it is priced in.
Longer terms cost less per view. A three- or six-month commitment lets us plan creator capacity ahead, so the rate falls with a longer term. Optional add-ons each add a set amount per 1,000 views, and the exact monthly total is shown before you pay. The Tier 1 audience option is a preference we apply when choosing creators. Views are counted the same way with or without it, and we do not guarantee where viewers are located.
We are not a charity and we do not present ourselves as one. Seenfold is a business and the price includes a margin. What that margin buys is the work above, and the guarantee that the views you paid for are delivered or refunded.
4. What counts as a view
We count the views earned by the clips posted for your campaign. Only clips made and posted for your campaign count, so the reach is new by construction. A post that already had a million views does not get to sell you that million.
We read views from the public view counters of the platforms where the clips are posted (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube), refreshed regularly, and always before a Month is closed. Platforms sometimes restate their own numbers, and when they do, our counts follow theirs. We may exclude views we reasonably believe are inauthentic, such as views from bots or view farms. If a clip is taken down, it stops counting toward any month that is still open; months already closed keep their numbers. You can see delivery against your target on your dashboard at any time.
5. Delivery and refunds
The commitment is simple and it is the one that matters: each purchase has 30 days, counted from the payment, to deliver the views it bought. Any day on which we are waiting on you (before you have sent your content, or after we have asked you for a change) is added to those 30 days. Days while we are reviewing, and days a campaign is paused for a missed payment, are not added.
A short month rolls forward. If a month that is not your final month ends short of its target, the shortfall is added to the next month's target, on top of that month's views. A plan that keeps renewing keeps rolling any shortfall forward, so the refund comes when the plan ends.
What is still owed at the end is refunded. Once your plan has a final month (because you stopped renewal or ended the plan early) and every open purchase's delivery period has passed, the views still undelivered are refunded automatically, at the rate you paid for them (add-ons included), to your original payment method. There is no claim to file and no form to fill out. If your plan ends any other way, including a failed payment or because we end or decline your campaign, undelivered views on purchases you already paid for are refunded the same way. Refunds are issued through Stripe and can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. If a card refund is not possible, for example because a charge is too old for the card network to reverse, we credit the amount by another method we arrange with you.
Clips go out as they are made and posted, and reach builds over the delivery period rather than landing all at once on day one.
Because a view cannot be un-delivered, views that have already been delivered are final and not refundable. The charge for ending a longer term early is not refundable either. The full rules are in our Refund Policy and Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
6. Creative independence
You write the brief. It says which handle or link to tag or point to, what to push, what must never be said or shown, and anything else we should know. Within the brief, our team and the creators choose the moments to clip, and the creators post in their own voice, for their own audiences. We do not script them, and we do not tell them what to think.
Every campaign is reviewed by a person before delivery begins. If something needs to change, we tell you the one change we need and why. We may decline a campaign we cannot run under our Content Policy, and if we do, your plan ends and everything undelivered is refunded. Campaigns whose purpose is to deceive are not allowed.
7. Disclosure
Clips are paid promotion. Creators must disclose the paid relationship wherever the law (such as the FTC's endorsement rules) or a platform's branded-content rules require it. You may not ask a creator to hide, remove or blur a disclosure.
Creators are responsible for following the rules of the platforms they post on. Political and advocacy campaigns carry additional requirements, including "paid for by" or similar attribution where the law requires it, set out in our Content Policy.
8. What you can see
Your campaign has a private dashboard. It shows the views delivered against your target, every clip posted for your campaign with its link and platform, and your top performers. We also email you a monthly report.
Teammates you invite see the same dashboard. Owners and admins can change the plan, manage billing and people, and stop renewal. Members can view the campaign, add footage, edit the brief, reply to us and report clips.
9. How creators are paid
The clips are made and posted by independent creators, and we pay them. What we pay a creator does not change your price, which is set by the plan you bought. Creators are not employees, agents, partners or spokespeople of Seenfold. What is said in your content is yours, and anything a creator adds in their own voice is theirs, not ours.
Creators must follow your brief, our Content Policy, and the rules of the platforms they post on. Clips stay on the creators' accounts after your campaign ends. There is no minimum period a clip must stay up, and we do not control the platforms, which may remove, restrict or limit the reach of any post.
10. Anti-fraud
We watch for manipulation. Fake views, bots, view farms, and any attempt to game measurement are not allowed, from creators or from buyers. We may exclude views we reasonably believe are inauthentic, remove the clips involved, end our relationship with any creator who fakes views, and end a campaign that buys fake engagement. Views we exclude do not count toward your delivery, so they are treated like any other shortfall under Section 5.
11. What Seenfold is not
Seenfold is a way to buy views of clips made from your own content. It is not advertising bought from the platforms. We do not buy ad placements, and your clips appear as ordinary posts on the creators' own accounts. Seenfold is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram or YouTube, and is not endorsed by them.
Seenfold is not a guarantee of followers, sales, engagement or virality. What we guarantee is views, delivered or refunded, and nothing beyond that. It is also not an investment. You receive no financial return and nothing to resell. You are purchasing a service, delivered as views, on the terms set out in our Terms of Service.
12. Questions and reports
If a clip breaks your brief, use the Report button on that clip in your dashboard. We promptly take down clips that break the brief or our policies and let you know when it is done. If we decline, we tell you why.
If a disclosure is missing, if you believe views were not delivered as promised, or if anything else looks wrong, tell us and we will look into it.
