Clipping campaign pricing

One published rate per 1,000 verified views, set by how long you commit. No sales call, no agency retainer, and undelivered views refunded when your plan ends.

A Seenfold clipping campaign costs $1.50 per 1,000 verified views on a 1 month plan, $1.27 on 3 months and $1.05 on 6 months, billed monthly by card. The minimum is 500,000 views a month, so the smallest plan is $750 a month on 1 month or $525 a month on 6 months.

This page is the whole price. It covers the rate card, the two add-ons, worked examples for real plan sizes, what happens when views fall short, and how the numbers compare with the other ways clipping is sold.

Know how many views you want? Start a campaign. You pick your views and your term, see the exact monthly total, and pay by card. There is no call to book.

The rate card

You buy a number of verified views a month. The rate per 1,000 views depends only on the term you choose. A longer term costs less per view because it lets us plan creators further ahead.

TermPer 1,000 views500,000 views a month1,000,000 views a month
1 month$1.50$750 a month$1,500 a month
3 months$1.27 (15% less)$635 a month$1,270 a month
6 months$1.05 (30% less)$525 a month$1,050 a month

Every plan is billed monthly by card through Stripe, whatever the term. Every plan renews automatically: when a term ends, a new term of the same length starts at the same rate, unless we email you a new rate at least 30 days before the term ends. You can stop renewal at any time from your dashboard. The 3 and 6 month plans are commitments to that many months, charged one month at a time. Prices do not include taxes.

Add-ons

Two options change the rate per 1,000 views. Both are chosen in the same checkout, and the monthly total you see before paying already includes them.

  • Tier 1 audience preference, plus $0.40 per 1,000. We favor creators whose audiences are mostly in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. It is a preference we apply when choosing creators, not a guarantee of where viewers are, and views are counted the same way with or without it.
  • Your logo on every clip, plus $0.30 per 1,000. Useful for a brand or a show that wants to be recognized even when a viewer never reads the caption.

Worked examples

A first test: 500,000 views on 1 month

500,000 views at $1.50 per 1,000 is $750 for the month. It is the smallest plan and the simplest way to judge clipping on your own footage before committing longer.

A steady plan: 500,000 views a month on 6 months

At $1.05 per 1,000, that is $525 a month, or $3,150 across the six months. The same views on a rolling 1 month plan would cost $750 a month, so the longer term saves $225 a month.

A branded plan: 500,000 views a month on 6 months, with both add-ons

$1.05 plus $0.40 plus $0.30 is $1.75 per 1,000, which is $875 a month.

A larger plan: 2,000,000 views a month on 3 months

At $1.27 per 1,000, that is $2,540 a month, or $7,620 across the three months.

What the price covers

The rate per 1,000 views is not a fee for views alone. It covers finding and paying independent creators, through our clipping partner, to post your clips from their own accounts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. It covers cutting your content into short clips, a person reviewing your brief and footage before delivery begins, collecting the view counts the platforms show for every clip, and carrying the risk that the views do not arrive.

What you never pay for:

  • Views that are not yours. Views are counted only on clips made and posted for your campaign, from the view counts TikTok, Instagram and YouTube show.
  • Fake views. Views from bots or view farms are not allowed and can be excluded, along with the clips involved.
  • A sales process. There is no call, no proposal and no agency retainer. You buy online in a few minutes.

For the detail on counting, see how clipping views are counted.

Delivery, rollover and refunds

Every month you buy has 30 days to deliver its views. If a month ends short, the shortfall rolls into the next month on top of that month's views, so nothing you paid for is lost to the calendar.

When your plan ends, any views still undelivered are refunded to the card you paid with, at the rate you paid for them, add-ons included. There is no claim to file. Say your last month was 500,000 views at $1.50 and 450,000 were delivered: the 50,000 still owed come back as $75. The one exception is the first month, which is kept if no footage ever arrives.

Your footage is sent after payment, as links or uploads on your dashboard. We aim to review it within one business day, then creators start cutting and posting. Clips go up through the month as they are made, so views build across the 30 days rather than landing on day one.

How this compares with other ways to buy clipping

Clipping is sold three ways. The figures below for agencies and marketplaces are typical of the market, not quotes from any one seller.

A managed agency does the most for you and asks the most up front. A marketplace can be cheap per view, but you write the brief, approve posts and watch the budget yourself, and nothing guarantees the views arrive. Seenfold publishes its rate, runs the creators for you, and refunds what it does not deliver. The trade-offs are covered in clipping agency vs self-serve clipping.

Changing or stopping a plan

  • More views take effect immediately, charged pro rata for the rest of the month.
  • Fewer views take effect at the next bill. The month already paid for is delivered in full.
  • A longer term. You can extend a plan to 6 months, but a term cannot be shortened.
  • Stopping. Cancelling stops the renewal, and the plan runs to the end of the term it was bought on. Ending a longer term early charges the difference between the rate you paid and the 1 month rate for the months already used.

Which term to choose

If you have never run clipping before, the 1 month plan is the honest test: $750 for 500,000 views, judged on clips and views you can see on your dashboard. If you already know you will keep publishing, such as a weekly podcast or a founder who films every week, the 3 or 6 month rate brings the same 500,000 views down to $635 or $525 a month. For the use cases, see podcast clipping, clipping for brands, startup clipping, music clipping and creator clipping.
