Best clipping agencies and platforms in 2026

The best clipping agency depends on how much of the work you want done for you. If you want a team to plan and run everything, look at a managed agency such as Lumina Clippers or Clipster. If you want to buy views online without a call, look at a self-serve service such as Seenfold or Vyro. If you want to run the creators yourself, look at a marketplace such as Vues or Whop Content Rewards.
Seenfold publishes this list and is on it once, judged by the same criteria as the rest. Every other detail comes from each company's public pages, linked below, as of September 2026. If something has changed or we got it wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
How we chose and sorted them
Every company here sells a way to get long videos turned into short clips and seen, and describes how on its public pages. We did not score them. They are sorted by how much of the work each one does for you, from a managed team down to a tool you run yourself. Within that, we looked at five things:
- How you buy. A sales call, a checkout, or a campaign you set up yourself.
- What you pay. Whether a rate or a minimum is published, and what it is.
- Who manages the creators. The seller, or you.
- What happens to a shortfall. Whether unspent budget or undelivered views come back.
- Platforms. Where the clips are posted.

Managed: a team runs it for you
1. Lumina Clippers: best for a full-service team
Lumina Clippers is a managed clipping agency. It charges a custom CPM per 1,000 verified views, with campaigns from $5,000 to $200,000 and more, and builds the exact price on a free strategy call. Strategy, clip production, distribution, QA, a live dashboard and weekly optimization are included, it posts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X, and it says it has no multi-month contracts.
Choose it if you want a team to run the campaign and have $5,000 or more. More in Seenfold vs Lumina Clippers.
2. Clipster: best for iGaming and music at scale
Clipster describes itself as a performance-based creator network with end-to-end management: creator outreach, briefing, moderation, payouts and reporting. It says it works with more than 100,000 creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X, and its page focuses on iGaming, sports and music. Pricing is published in tiers: Starter from $3,000 to $10,000, Growth from $10,000 to $50,000, and custom above that, each started by booking a sales call.
Choose it if you are in iGaming or music and want a managed program at volume.
Self-serve: you buy it, they run the creators
3. Seenfold: best for a set number of views a month, with no call
Seenfold is a self-serve clipping service. You choose the verified views you want a month, from 500,000 up, and a term: $1.50 per 1,000 on 1 month, $1.27 on 3 months, $1.05 on 6 months, billed monthly. Plans renew for a new term of the same length at the same rate, unless Seenfold emails a new rate at least 30 days before the term ends, until you stop renewal. Creators post from their own accounts on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Each month has 30 days to deliver, shortfalls roll forward, and undelivered views are refunded when the plan ends, except the first month if your footage never arrives.
Choose it if you want to start today at a published rate from $750 a month. Look elsewhere if you want a strategy team, need X, or have less than $750 a month. See pricing.
4. Vyro: best for funded campaigns at a CPM you set
Vyro is a clipping platform that describes itself as powered by MrBeast. Brands set a budget and a maximum CPM, fund it upfront, and pay only for views on approved clips; unused budget is refunded at the end of a campaign. The minimum budget is $5,000. Vyro handles approvals and payouts, with automated and human review, and posts on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X.
Choose it if you have $5,000 or more for a funded campaign and want to set your own maximum CPM. Look elsewhere if your budget is smaller. More in Seenfold vs Vyro.
Marketplaces: you run the creators
5. Vues: best for approving every clip at your own rate
Vues is a clipping marketplace. You set a CPM and a total budget, and you are charged only for approved views, never more than your cap. Every submission lands in a review queue for you to approve or deny, and payouts come out of your budget automatically. It lists TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X, and offers an optional demo call.
Choose it if you want to set the rate and review every clip yourself.
6. Whop Content Rewards: best for small budgets and hands-on teams
Whop Content Rewards lets you fund a campaign and set how much you pay per 1,000 views. Whop's setup guide says there is no minimum budget and that an AI reviewer checks submissions, and ones it passes are approved automatically if you have not acted on them within 48 hours. Whop says clippers average about $1 per 1,000 views, and its terms set a 10% fee on creator payouts.
Choose it if your budget is small and you want direct control. Look elsewhere if you want a set number of views without running a queue. More in Seenfold vs Whop Content Rewards.
Other ways to get clips made
7. SideShift: best for hand-picking UGC creators
SideShift is a platform for hiring creators for UGC campaigns rather than an open clipping pool. You post a listing, creators apply, and you hire, brief and pay them in the app. Its pricing page offers self-serve plans with a 7-day free trial, or a call for managed services.
Choose it if you want to pick creators to make original videos, rather than clips of your footage.
8. OpusClip: best for clipping it yourself
OpusClip is an AI tool that turns long videos into short clips and publishes them to your social accounts. Its pricing page lists a free plan, Starter at $15 a month and Pro at $29 a month. The reach comes from your own accounts, not a creator network.
Choose it if you already have an audience and want clips fast and cheaply. Look elsewhere if you need new viewers beyond your own followers. See AI clipping tools vs clipping campaigns.
Before you choose
Whichever you pick, ask what counts as a view, what happens if views fall short, and whether you can see every clip. If you are weighing a team against self-serve, read Seenfold vs clipping agencies.
